November Blog

The big theme for this month is about being grateful and gratitude for our lives. When was the last time you stepped back and gave yourself a moment and looked out at how far you have made it and what you have been through to get to where you are now? And I don’t mean just goals you have achieved, but the spirit is calling for you to be grateful for all the small achievements that you have reached. Being grateful means recognising and appreciating the good things in your life, whether big or small. It’s a sense of thankfulness for people, experiences, or aspects of life that bring value, joy, or comfort. Gratitude often involves expressing acknowledgement for these things, which can be a positive mindset and deepen connections with others.

Of course, be grateful for all the amazing gifts and goals you have achieved, and never forget the journey you had to experience to get to where you are now. So letting spirit know you are happy and blessed for what you have accomplished is a must. Never forget the heartache, the pain, and the many nights crying yourself to sleep, but also be so proud of yourself for getting up each day and dedicating your energy to achieving your goals. Your goals can be just getting out of bed and having a shower, to building a successful business. Whatever your goals are take a look at what you have made, and take that moment to smile or experience the tears of joy that you have accomplished so much, you are incredible!!

However, this month is about being grateful for the small accomplishments that have paved the path to your success. The everyday things are the small accomplishments that we don’t take notice of. Such as being grateful that you had an amazing client for that day, or for having running hot water in your home. My favourite I am grateful for is that I could afford a great and comfortable bed to sleep in and do my work. I love my bed. Other things you could be grateful for are being able to feel emotions, being able to walk today, being grateful that if you hate your job, you have the freedom to leave and get a new job. Hopefully, you get the direction I am going. Let’s remember the everyday boring stuff that builds our environment where you can build your success, you can heal, and you can feel comfortable to be able to get up and take on the day.

So what can I suggest in the morning or in the shower give yourself 30 seconds to say what you are grateful for your day, and be grateful for how was your day yesterday. I list all the good stuff that happened on my previous day and what I look forward to the new day. I always say I am open to receiving my gifts for today being a lesson or joy, and this opens you up to all possibilities of what the world will offer for you. Also, it’s a great way to start positive intentions for your day. You are saying to the universe you are open and willing to receive lessons that add to your growth and reclaim your power and your gifts of the day. Which also allows you to be open to receiving awesome happy juices. You can say it’s like setting your intentions for the day and when we have a positive outlook and be open to what the day will bring, putting your mindset into a good space.

So once in a while take a few moments to appreciate and be grateful for your journey and what you have achieved and be open to receiving all your empowerment no matter if it’s a lesson or a gift. The more we put this in our everyday practice, you will see how our everyday life will feel like an adventure and gratitude turns what we have into being enough. The tide of disappointment goes out the door and says goodbye to being boring, and the universe will hear all your prayers.

“The more grateful I am, the more I see beauty.”
